Credit Requests & Cancellation
Credit cancellation policy shall be authorized only till the process request is incomplete. Once the process request is approved from our end, credit requests cannot be cancelled. Payments for raised credit requests must be paid within 7 days of raising the request. Delayed payments may result in discontinuation or deactivation of services.
Account Ethics and Confidentiality
You must maintain confidentiality of all account-related data and not disclose invoice details, transaction records, or other information to third parties.
Accuracy and Completeness of Information
While Webstruck Stream Solutions Pvt. Ltd. strives to ensure accuracy, no guarantees are made regarding the correctness or completeness of website content. The company reserves the right to revise information at any time without prior notice.

User Registration and Information
Users must register with accurate details. If false or incomplete data is provided, the company reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice. Users may be required to submit identification documents as per the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Govt. of India.
Service Activation Delay
Accounts are activated within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to holidays or custom requirements. Deactivation will occur if required documentation is not received within 30 days of activation
Resolution
If a service delay is not resolved within 30 days of payment, the user is eligible for a 100% refund of the account balance.
Exit Policy for Voice Services
-Only virtual mobile numbers are transferable.
-Landline, Toll-Free, and PSTN numbers are not transferable.
-A transfer fee of โน2000 is applicable.
-Rental and usage charges must be paid during number porting.
-A security deposit of up to โน5000 may be required, with unused amounts refunded.
Communication
Users consent to receive emails, calls, and SMS related to services, transactions, and promotions from Webstruck Stream Solutions Pvt. Ltd. using the contact information provided.

Termination
Users may deactivate accounts anytime. The company may also suspend or terminate accounts due to non-payment or violation of terms without prior notice.
Prepaid Plans
Service contracts can be renewed within 2 months of expiration. Renewals within 1 month retain old numbers and plans (if available). Renewals after 1 month but before 2 months may not retain previous plan.
Privacy Guidelines
Users must register with accurate information and maintain a secure password. The company complies with the Information Security Act, 2000, and may access customer-specific information to provide services
Use of Content
Website content is available for non-commercial use only. Copying, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited without written consent. Temporary permission is granted to view website content, provided there is no copyright or trademark violation.
Fair Usage Policy
To ensure service efficiency, unused credits or long-inactive accounts may be reviewed under our Fair Usage Policy. SMS credits should be used within 6 months to 1 year to maintain account activity.

The user may use services for cloud communication, inbound/outbound solutions, and related IT support for business purposes.
Payment
All payments must be made electronically. Invoices will be shared periodically. Users must report invoice discrepancies within 7 days. Regular invoice reminders will be sent
Regulatory Guidelines
We operate under DoT and TRAI regulations. We reserve the right to modify services as per legal requirements without notice. Fulfilling service requests is at the sole discretion of the company.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms fall under the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction at Bangalore Urban district. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
Disclaimers
